The 1995 Monte Carlo Open was a tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was part of the Super 9 of the 1995 ATP Tour. It took place at the Monte Carlo Country Club in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France, near Monte Carlo, Monaco, from April 24 through May 1, 1995.

Thomas Muster def. Boris Becker, 4–6, 5–7, 6–1, 7–6(6), 6–0
- It was Thomas Muster's 4th title of the year, and 27th of his career. It was his 1st Masters title of the year and his 3rd overall. It was his second title at the event, also winning in 1992.
Men's Doubles
